Perljacket filter file. Format is modified XML, where each record must occur on a single line, with the following elements in the given order: EXPR The regular expression to be matched. SCOPE A comma separated list of headers to be matched in. HEADER The header to be generated on match. The EXPR will be used as the right-hand side of the header.
